POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners (clients, vendors, and influencers) to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has a passion for multicultural marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a results-driven mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign/Project Execution: Develop, execute, and manage influencer/experiential marketing campaigns or assigned projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and updates.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy, paid media) and external partners (influencers, vendors) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, creating post-campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and brand partners, ensuring successful collaboration and brand alignment.
- Approvals & Deliverables: Manage campaign approvals, feedback, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in influencer marketing, experiential marketing, or digital/social media.
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Understanding of multicultural marketing, with a focus on connecting brands with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions for optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Experience working with diverse influencers (Hispanic, Black, AAPI, etc.) and content creators.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid media, and performance marketing.
- Highly proficient writing and speaking English language skills are a must, Spanish language is a plus.
